目的 利用正交设计进行现场有选择性摄食试验 ,组合筛选灭鼠毒饵 ,以提高毒饵的接受性 ,并评价优选毒饵的灭鼠效果。方法 将糖精、花生油、食盐和白酒取 2~ 3种浓度选用L18(2 1× 37)正交表按设计组合后制备成 18种0 0 0 5 %溴敌隆颗粒试验毒饵 ,与对照毒饵一起在现场进行有选择性摄食试验 ,运用SPLM中文统计软件处理数据 ,优选配方。利用优选配方毒饵和对照毒饵进行现场灭鼠效果试验。结果 第 13号试验毒饵为优选毒饵 ,摄食系数为1 5 5 ,对照毒饵的摄食系数为 0 5 1。现场灭鼠试验 ,优选毒饵的灭鼠率为 10 0 % ,对照毒饵为 79 0 %。结论 应用正交设计组合筛选灭鼠毒饵 ,方法可行 ;优选的毒饵现场灭鼠效果好
OBJECTIVE: To select selective ingestion test by orthogonal design and to screen rodent poison bait in order to improve the acceptance of the bait and to evaluate the anti-rat effect of the preferred bait. Methods 18 saccharomyces, peanut oil, salt and white wine were selected and tested with 18 combinations of L18 (2 1 × 37) orthogonal test table and 18 kinds of 0 0 0 5% bromadiolone test bait were prepared and designed together with the control bait In the field of selective feeding test, using SPLM Chinese statistical software to process data, the preferred formula.
