春寒888薹用韭菜,是我国韭菜品种中最先进的品种之一,是科技开发、科技扶贫的优质品种。它植株高大且直立,株高50厘米以上,薹高65厘米以上,叶色深绿,叶稍长粗,叶片长宽而肥厚,最大单株5.4克。抽薹率高,每穴年均可连续采收薹子100根左右。最大单薹100克左右,品质佳,味儿美,商品性好。早发性强,抗寒抗旱分蘖力强,生长快,春节前20天可割头刀,春节后15天又割第二刀,抽薹早(2月中旬开始),采薹期长达8～9个月,韭薹
