师宗钢铁大厦总高89.7m,采用钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构。其中塔楼为抗侧力构件不连续、竖向体型收进的复杂高层建筑。结构采用抗震性能化设计,对关键部位和薄弱环节进行中震弹性或大震不屈服分析,并采取有针对性的加强措施,确保结构实现“大震不倒”的抗震设防目标。
Shizong Steel Building, a total height of 89.7m, the use of concrete filled steel tube frame - reinforced concrete core tube structure. Among them, the tower is a complex high-rise building with discontinuous and vertical body structure that is resistant to side members. The structure is made of earthquake-resistant performance design, and the non-yielding analysis of moderate elastic or large earthquake on key parts and weak links is taken and targeted reinforcement measures are taken to ensure that the structure can achieve the seismic fortification goal of “big earthquake does not fall”.
