通过建立钢包传热数学模型和有限元模拟计算,分别采用代表值法和能量守恒法分析重钢炼钢厂210t钢包不同烘烤温度、不同绝热层材质对钢水温降速率的影响,并对不同工况的钢水温降速率作了预测。结果表明:代表值法和能量守恒法计算的钢水温降速率有较大差异;钢包烘烤温度对钢水温降速率影响很大;钢水浇注过程中温降速率比静置的要大。
Through the mathematical model of ladle heat transfer and finite element simulation calculation, the influence of different baking temperatures and different insulation materials on the temperature drop rate of molten steel in 210t ladle was analyzed by representative value method and energy conservation method. Condition of the molten steel temperature drop rate was predicted. The results show that the temperature drop rate of molten steel is quite different from the representative value method and the conservation of energy method. The temperature of ladle bake has a great influence on the temperature drop rate of molten steel. The temperature drop rate of molten steel during pouring is larger than that of standing.
