基于“体育隐蔽课程”理论的研究背景,通过问卷调查、数据统计等方法,从教师人格与品质、教师行为与领导方式、师生关系、自身修养四个方面入手,对艺术体操专项教师自身隐性因素进行开发。研究发现,体育隐蔽课程理论对艺术体操专项教学的影响是深远而又强大的。教师应提升人格与品质,促进学生个性与思想品质的发展;改变专制的领导作风,因材施教,提高学生学习兴趣;建立和谐师生关系,营造良好专项教学心理气氛注重自身修养,树立学生正确审美观;强调教师职业示范性特点,时刻潜移默化影响学生。
