中国传统书法与现代包装设计都属于视觉艺术,两者都有着相同的美学意蕴,书法艺术的形式美因素和深厚的文化艺术底蕴不同程度地影响、改变着现代包装设计的品位、档次、价值,并对现代包装设计风格、树立企业形象和促进商品销售产生重要影响。利用中国传统书法艺术与现代包装设计结合这一研究点,寻求现代包装设计中具有时代风格的视觉语言设计形式上的开发与创新具有重要的意义。我们应秉承中国传统书法艺术深厚的文化艺术底蕴和传统文化精神,发掘和利用中国传统书法这一珍贵的传统文化资源,借鉴中国传统书法的形式美因素,吸取中国传统书法的既有精髓,开创和构建传统和现代相结合的具有鲜明的中国风格的现代包装设计发展理念体系,在传统与创新之间找到一条适合我国包装设计文化发展的道路,促进我国包装设计事业的进一步提高、创新和发展。
