为了提高微藻Chlorella sp.U4341的油脂产率,采用响应面法对异养培养条件进行优化研究.通过单因素试验筛选出促进Chlorella sp.U4341油脂产率的最佳碳源、氮源分别为葡萄糖、Na NO3.利用Plackett-Burman试验筛选出显著影响Chlorella sp.U4341油脂产率的三个因子,通过最陡爬坡试验逼近最大油脂产率区域,运用中心组合试验及响应面分析确定了三个因子的最佳浓度:葡萄糖为24.81 g/L,Na NO3为1.68 g/L,K2HPO4·3H2O为0.58 g/L.优化后的条件培养微藻Chlorella sp.U4341的油脂产率为273.34 mg/L·d,比优化前提高了58%.
In order to improve the lipid yield of the microalgae Chlorella sp.U4341, the heterotrophic culture conditions were optimized by response surface methodology.The best carbon source to promote the yield of Chlorella sp. U4341 was screened by single factor test, the nitrogen sources were Glucose and NaNO3.The three factors which significantly affect the oil yield of Chlorella sp. U4341 were screened by Plackett-Burman test. The steepest ascent test was used to approximate the maximum lipid yield. The central combination test and response surface analysis The optimum concentration of these factors was 24.81 g / L for glucose, 1.68 g / L for NaNO3 and 0.58 g / L for K2HPO4 · 3H2O.The oil yield of Chlorella sp.U4341 was 273.34 mg / L · d, 58% more than before optimization.
