目的:采用气相-质谱(GC-MS)分析金花茶叶乙醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用75%乙醇回流提取金花茶叶,滤液浓缩后用乙醚萃取,得到乙醚部位,用GC-MS法分析鉴定其化学成分,结合计算机检索技术及美国国家标准技术研究所(NIST)化合物谱库检索进行鉴定,再用面积归一化法确定其相对含量。结果:金花茶叶乙醚部位的成分共分离鉴定出61个化合物,相对含量占总含量的78.41%,主要化学成分是2-(氧代十八烷基)乙醇,二十五烷,1-碘代十六烷等。结论:可用GC-MS法快捷、简便、准确地分析金花茶叶乙醚部位成分。初步揭示了该药材化学成分,对进一步研究其化学成分、为药材的质量评价提供实验基础。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents in the ether of Camellia oleifera by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: The extract of Camellia oleifera was extracted with 75% ethanol. The filtrate was concentrated and extracted with diethyl ether to obtain the ether fraction. The chemical composition was identified by GC-MS analysis. Combining the computer search technique and the NIST compound spectrum Library search for identification, and then use the area normalization method to determine the relative content. RESULTS: Sixty-one compounds were isolated from the ether fraction of Camellia oleifera. The relative content of the compounds was 78.41% of the total content. The main chemical components were 2- (oxooctadecyl) ethanol, pentacosane and 1-iodine On behalf of hexadecane and so on. Conclusion: GC-MS method can be used to analyze the composition of ethyl ether in Jinhua tea quickly, conveniently and accurately. The chemical composition of the medicinal material was initially revealed, providing an experimental basis for further studying its chemical composition and evaluating the quality of the medicinal material.
