本文从分析高职道路桥梁工程技术专业初次就业岗位与职业晋升岗位层级递进关系、职业能力提升的层级递进关系和职业教育层次的层级递进关系入手,通过职业岗位能力分析,围绕道桥专业职业岗位层级递进关系,构建层级递进的职业能力培养规格,系统开发层级递进的并行式课程体系,搭建好工作岗位与学生所获得的从业能力之间的桥梁。
This article starts from the analysis of the gradual relationship between the initial jobs of post engineering and technical specialty in higher vocational education and professional promotion posts, the progressive relationship of professional competence improvement and the hierarchical relationship of vocational education. Through the analysis of occupational position ability, The gradual progression of professional occupational positions, the construction of gradual professional competence training at different levels, the systematic development of progressive parallel courses at different levels, and the establishment of a bridge between jobs and students’ acquired professional competence.
