产后出血致多发性脑梗死少见 ,现报告 1例如下。1　病例　女 ,2 6岁。以产后出血 11小时 ,伴右侧肢体活动不灵 2小时于 2 0 0 0年 8月 10日入院。患者 11小时前在家旧法接生分娩一女婴 ,产后胎盘滞留大出血、昏迷 ,急到妇产科求治 ,当时四肢发冷、脉搏消失、血压测不到。经输血 Postpartum hemorrhage caused by multiple cerebral infarction rare, 1 are reported as follows. 1 case female, 26 years old.
