核心力量训练在投掷项目中的作用

本文拟对核心力量训练在田径运动投掷项目中所起的作用进行研究,通过对投掷类项目专项素质训练进行分析,整合出核心力量训练在投掷项目中的作用。核心力量训练最早是应用于健身和康复领域的一种力量训练方法,其作用主要是促进运动员受伤部位肌肉的恢复以及为大众健身服务之后逐渐引入到了竞技体育的训练中。投掷项目在项群训练理论中是归属于体能主导类快速力量性项群,体能的优劣与运动员的运动成绩直接呈正相关的关系,由于体能主导类快速力量性项群内的项目技术 This paper intends to study the role of core strength training in the track and field throwing project. By analyzing the special quality training of the throwing track, this paper intends to integrate the core strength training in the throwing project. The earliest core strength training is a strength training method used in the fields of fitness and rehabilitation. The main function of core strength training is to promote the recovery of the muscles of the injured part of an athlete and to gradually introduce it into the training of competitive sports after serving the general public.
