对89例孕妇测定孕30~32周、产时及脐血糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))。孕妇分为①DM(糖尿病)组,②LGA(大于胎龄儿)组,③AGA(适于胎龄儿)组。DM组孕妇各HbA_(1c)均值分别高于非糖尿病孕妇中的LGA组和AGA组(P<0.01)。产时母血与脐血HbA_(1c)值高度相关。DM组二次母血及脐血HbA_(1c)值均与新生儿出生体重相关,而LGA和AGA组各值均与新生儿出生体重不相关。提示糖尿病母亲孕晚期测定HbA_(1c)可用于估计新生儿出生体重,而在非糖尿病母亲中,HbA_(1c)对新生儿出生体重则无预测价值。
89 pregnant women were measured for 30 to 32 weeks of pregnancy, and the time of delivery and umbilical cord blood glycated hemoglobin (HbA_ (1c)). Pregnant women were divided into ①DM (diabetes) group, ②LGA (more than gestational age) group, ③AGA (suitable for gestational age group). The average HbA_ (1c) in DM group was higher than that in LGA group and AGA group (P <0.01) in non-diabetic pregnant women respectively. Maternal blood production and cord blood HbA_ (1c) value is highly correlated. The values of HbA_ (1c) in the second maternal blood and umbilical cord blood of DM group were all related to the birth weight of neonates, while the values of LGA and AGA were not related to the birth weight of neonates. It is suggested that HbA 1c may be used to estimate newborn birth weight in the third trimester of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. However, in non-diabetic mothers, HbA 1c has no predictive value on newborn birth weight.
