主题乐园项目主要业态包括游艺类(如双浪迪斯高)、演艺类(如剧场)、建筑类(如主题商店),而单体屋面大部分为坡屋面形式,坡屋面坡度范围18°~73°,高度范围5~16m。在以前的坡屋面施工过程中,通常会安装斜坡底面模板或者是钢筋面上附加一层钢丝网进行浇筑、拍实;但是由于主题乐园项目屋面坡度较陡,所以不宜采用振捣,因此在振捣过程中可能会导致凝土滑落、离析现象,使混凝土只能在斜坡面上呈滑落状自然成型,不好控制混凝土浇捣密实度,往往会留下渗、漏等安全隐患。本文主要从模板工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程三方面进行阐述主题乐园项目坡度超过45°的坡屋面施工方法,使混凝土浇捣成型后达到密实的效果,做到真正意义上的“零渗漏”。
