创新文化是先进文化的重要内涵,也是中国科学院知识创新工程试点工作目标之一。建设良好的科研环境,营选浓厚的创新氛围,对于激励和培育创新思维、造就创新人才、做出创新成果和实现可持续发展,具有积极的促进作用。沈阳自动化所自1999年实施知识创新工程试点工作以来,把创新文化建设提到了议事日程,认真制定了工作规划和实施方案,通过两年来的实践,已经取得阶段性进展,体现在以下几个方面:建立健全的领导班子本着党政领导要切实负起责任,建立由行政首长主管、党委负责组织实施、工青妇各级组织齐抓共管、全体职工积极参与的创新文化建设工作要求,成立了以所长王天然为组长、党委书记李兆慈为副组长的创新文化建设领导小组,抽调党、政、工、青各级组织和有关部门热心创新文化建设的骨干 Innovative culture is an important part of advanced culture and one of the objectives of the Pilot Project of Knowledge Innovation Project of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
