创新文化是先进文化的重要内涵,也是中国科学院知识创新工程试点工作目标之一。建设良好的科研环境,营选浓厚的创新氛围,对于激励和培育创新思维、造就创新人才、做出创新成果和实现可持续发展,具有积极的促进作用。沈阳自动化所自1999年实施知识创新工程试点工作以来,把创新文化建设提到了议事日程,认真制定了工作规划和实施方案,通过两年来的实践,已经取得阶段性进展,体现在以下几个方面:建立健全的领导班子本着党政领导要切实负起责任,建立由行政首长主管、党委负责组织实施、工青妇各级组织齐抓共管、全体职工积极参与的创新文化建设工作要求,成立了以所长王天然为组长、党委书记李兆慈为副组长的创新文化建设领导小组,抽调党、政、工、青各级组织和有关部门热心创新文化建设的骨干
Innovative culture is an important part of advanced culture and one of the objectives of the Pilot Project of Knowledge Innovation Project of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Building a good scientific research environment and selecting a strong atmosphere of innovation has a positive stimulating effect on encouraging and nurturing innovative thinking, creating innovative talents, making innovative achievements and achieving sustainable development. Since its implementation of the Pilot Project on Knowledge Innovation in 1999, Shenyang Automation has referred to the agenda of innovative culture and carefully formulated its plan of work and implementation. Through the two years of practice, the progress has been made in the following aspects : The establishment of a sound leadership team in line with the party and government leaders should take the responsibility to establish the head of the executive by the party responsible for the organization and implementation of the work of young people at all levels to take concerted efforts to control all employees actively involved in the construction of innovative culture and the establishment of Led by director Wang Tianran, party chief Li Zhaoci as the deputy leader of the innovative culture construction leading group, drawn from the party, government, workers and youth organizations and relevant departments at all levels to enthusiastically innovate the backbone of cultural construction
