提出太阳能光伏非碳冶金的概念,分析太阳能光伏非碳冶金系统结构,并根据研究要求进行系统参数的匹配及选择。根据能量匹配与整合,设计制造公称容量为1kg的太阳能光伏非碳冶金实验系统并进行相关实验。通过初步的系统能量分析,验证系统参数。结果表明,所设计的系统满足冶炼要求,有很好的稳定性及可操作性。
The concept of solar photovoltaic non-carbon metallurgy is proposed, the structure of solar photovoltaic non-carbon metallurgy system is analyzed, and system parameters are matched and selected according to the research requirements. According to energy matching and integration, the design and manufacture of a nominal capacity of 1kg solar photovoltaic non-carbon metallurgical experimental system and related experiments. Through the initial system energy analysis, verify the system parameters. The results show that the system designed to meet the smelting requirements, have good stability and operability.
