中国加入世界贸易组织以后,我国盐业高投入、高风险、低回报的趋势不容回避,江苏盐业面临更大的竞争压力,而这将促使其呈现五大变化: 机制变革。改变长期以来盐业企业封闭的产品经营和资产运作方式及国有独资的现状,鼓励和支持非国有资本入股,实行内部职工持股。以联合、兼并、承包经营、股份合作制和出售转让等形式,放开搞活中小企业。改变企业用工终身制,实现企业用工市场。
After China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, the trend of high input, high risk, and low returns in the salt industry in China cannot be evaded. Jiangsu’s salt industry is facing greater competitive pressures, and this will prompt it to present five major changes: Mechanism changes. We have changed the long-term practice of closed-end product management and asset operation of salt industry companies and the status quo of state-owned sole proprietorship. We encourage and support non-state-owned capital to invest in stocks and implement internal employee stock ownership. In order to liberalize small and medium-sized enterprises, joint, mergers, contracted operations, joint-stock cooperatives, and sale and transfer were used. Change the tenure system for enterprise employment and realize the enterprise employment market.
