本文对9~41周的193例胎尸的脊髓与脊柱进行了观察测量:求得了二者在8个相应时期的增长数据;对二者各部位的发育作了对比分析;对脊髓的发育进行了性别的对比。结果表明:脊髓与脊柱的增长率大不相同,脊髓增长了3.85倍,而脊柱增长了5.17倍,以至二者的长度差从9周的5.75mm,增加到出生前的83.60mm。二者的发育不仅存在着时限阶段的不平衡性,而且也存在着部位的不平衡性。脊髓发育的性别差异不明显。
In this paper, we observed and measured the spinal cord and spine of 193 cadaveric fetuses from 9 to 41 weeks: obtained the growth data of the two in eight corresponding periods; compared the development of the two parts; conducted the development of the spinal cord Gender comparison.
