目的:观察尤瑞克林在大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤过程中对脑组织中肝细胞生长因子( HGF)表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和实验组,每组8只。线栓法制作大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型,实验组于再灌注后5 min静脉注射尤瑞克林3.5×10-3 PNA U· kg-1。在缺血2 h再灌注48 h后,断头取脑,免疫组织化学法和PCR法检测脑组织中HGF的表达。结果与模型组相比,实验组脑组织中HGF蛋白和mRNA的表达明显增高,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林可能通过促进HGF的表达来发挥对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。“,”Objective To observe the effects of urinary kallidinogenase on the expression of hepatocyte growth factor ( HGF ) in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Methods Rats were randomly assigned into three groups:sham operation group(sham group),focal cerebral is-chemia-reperfusion group ( model group ) and urinary kallidinogenase group ( test group ) .The middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion model was made by the suture method ( ischemia for 2 hours, and reper-fusion for 48 hours).The rats in the test group were injected with urinary kallidinogenase 3.5 ×10 -3 PNA U· kg-1 after making a model.The level of HGF expression were measured by immunohistochemistry and PCR.Results Compared with model group, the expression of HGF signifi-cantly was increased of test group ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can relieve the brain damage partly by enhancing HGF synthesis in brain.
