厦门港口国内船舶二次供水有关监测问题的探讨

对厦门港区国内船舶二次供水的监测是一个较长期连续的收集、核对、分析水质状况的过程。其主要是测量、观察历年来厦门港区国内船舶二次供水各项指标的流行态势,以及相关的干预效果,使以后的干预方向更准确,方法更合理,效果更好。保障船员饮水安全,防止传染病的传播,更可以为今后制定政策和策略提供依据。厦门市疾病预防控制中心于2007年开始对全市国内船舶二次供水卫生状况监测,加大对口岸供水单位和船舶饮用水卫生监测力度,开展经常性的饮用水卫生监测,及时掌握饮用水水质状况,确保饮用水达到国家卫生部《生活饮用水卫生标准》。逐步建立和完善船舶饮用水卫生科学评价、合理干预、有效监督机制,作为国家级卫生城市,做好厦门港区船舶二次供水水质保障工作刻不容缓。 Monitoring the secondary water supply of domestic ships in Xiamen Port Area is a long-term continuous process of collecting, checking and analyzing the water quality. Ensuring drinking water safety for crew members and preventing the spread of infectious diseases can also provide the basis for formulating policies and strategies in the future. Xiamen Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention started monitoring the sanitation status of secondary water supply of domestic vessels in 2007 and stepped up sanitary monitoring on drinking water supply by ports and water supply units and carried out routine sanitary drinking water monitoring to timely grasp the status of drinking water quality , To ensure that drinking water to reach the Ministry of Health, “drinking water health standards.” It is imperative to gradually establish and improve the scientific and scientific evaluation of drinking water sanitation, reasonable intervention and effective supervision mechanism as a national health city so as to ensure the quality of secondary water supply to ships in Xiamen Port.
