神东矿区综采特点是高产高效,推进速度快,工作面长(240m),回采距离大(3000~5000m)。为保证综采面的快速安全高效开采,减少工作面搬家次数,实现高产目的,关键是要解决浅埋煤层条件下大断面、超长距离回采巷道的安全维护问题,即应设计适宜的巷道支护方式与支护参数,选择合理的回采巷道煤柱宽度。本文针对神东矿区的典型浅埋煤层条件,用现场实测煤柱支承压力分布方法,分析给出了榆家梁矿、补连塔矿和大柳塔矿主采煤层回采巷道的合理煤柱宽度范围,对今后回采巷道布置、煤柱宽度以及巷道支护设计,具有工程实用价值和决策指导作用。
