采用FHPP技术实现了Q235钢的成形连接,所采用金属棒消耗段的直径为φ14mm、预钻孔深为25 mm、孔径φ16 mm。对焊缝附近材料的微观组织进行金相观察和显微硬度测试,发现再结晶部分材料的晶体颗粒细化,焊缝附近再结晶部分材料的显微硬度由中心向两侧升高,在熔合线处降低。结果表明,转速过低导致母材和金属棒无法接合甚至出现马达憋死现象,采用转速为5000 r/min以上、进给速度为0.5 mm/s的组合,可获得较好的焊缝,且焊缝从底部往孔洞顶部方向,质量逐步改善。
FHPP technology was used to realize the forming connection of Q235 steel. The consumed diameter of metal rod was φ14mm, the depth of pre-drilling was 25mm and the diameter was φ16mm. The microstructure of the material near the weld was examined by metallographic examination and microhardness test. It was found that the recrystallized part of the crystal grain refinement, recrystallization near the weld part of the material hardness increased from the center to both sides, in the fusion Line down. The results show that the low speed makes the base metal and the metal rod unable to be joined and even suffocates the motor.
