目的:研究营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)及其新生儿体重的影响。方法:将2011年12月~2012年5月在义乌市妇幼保健院孕期检查的102例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分为实验组和对照组,实验组53例在营养门诊治疗,对照组49例为产前确诊为GDM但未经营养门诊治疗和未经系统化产前检查的孕妇,对两组孕妇孕期体重增长水平及新生儿体重进行比较。结果:实验组孕期增重、每周增重、孕期体重指数(BMI)增加、每周BMI增加及新生儿出生体重均少于对照组(P<0.05);巨大儿发生率实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:营养治疗对GDM孕妇能有效管理孕期体重增长,新生儿出生体重理想,有助于改善围产期结局,促进母婴健康,提高产科质量。
Objective: To study the effect of nutritional therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and its neonatal body weight. Methods: Pregnant women with gestational diabetes of 102 maternal and child health examinations in Yiwu MCH from December 2011 to May 2012 were divided into experimental group and control group. 53 cases in experimental group were treated in nutritional outpatient department and 49 cases in control group Before the diagnosis of GDM, but without nutrition outpatient treatment and without systematic prenatal care of pregnant women, the two groups of pregnant women weight gain during pregnancy and neonatal weight comparison. Results: In experimental group, weight gain, weekly weight gain, BMI, weekly BMI and newborn birth weight in experimental group were less than those in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of macrosomia in experimental group was lower than that in control group P <0.05). Conclusion: Nutritional treatment of GDM pregnant women can effectively manage the weight gain during pregnancy, newborn birth weight ideal, will help improve perinatal outcomes, promote maternal and child health and improve the quality of obstetrics.
