Objective To observe the effect of topical application of samplin on postoperative recovery in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 81 patients with breast cancer were selected randomly from the observation group and 42 from the observation group. Postoperative 24 h patient temperature changes, wound pain time, wound drainage and drainage wound drainage time were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse events such as pain time and fever among the two groups. The wound drainage volume in the observation group was less and the extubation time was shorter. Conclusion The application of samplin in breast surgery has fewer side effects and good patient tolerance. At the same time can effectively reduce the wound drainage, early removal of wound drainage tube time, is conducive to wound healing and patient recovery.
