在水利水电工程规划、设计、施工及运行阶段,确定河道洪水流量过程和洪峰流量是最重要的基础工作之一。但限于技术水平,目前水文测验工作还难于完全满足上述要求。本文试图另辟途径,探索用水力学方法推求河道的洪峰流量,以满足水利水电工程规划设计的需要。具体作法是运用河道非恒定流的连续方程
In the planning, design, construction and operation stages of water conservancy and hydropower projects, it is one of the most important basic tasks to determine the course of flood discharge and flood peak flow. But limited to the technical level, the current hydrological test work is still difficult to fully meet the above requirements. This paper attempts to find another way to explore the hydrodynamic method to deduce the flood peak flow to meet the needs of water conservancy and hydropower project planning and design.
