纤维含量低的饮食会如何影响人体健康呢?人们经常抱怨随着年龄的增长,便秘和各种各样的消化不良问题就会伴随发生。发生这些问题不是一夜之间形成的,而是长期积累形成的问题。饮食中长期缺乏充足的水分和富含纤维的碳水化合物会导致很多健康问题。任何一种肉、鱼和乳制品实际上都不含有纤维。只有植物性食物,如自然界中的水果、蔬菜、豆类、全麦、坚果和种子才含有纤维。
How does a low-fiber diet affect human health? People often complain about constipation and a variety of indigestion problems with age.
