[目的]研究旋光性除草剂萘氧丙草胺的合成方法。[方法]以手性L-乳酸甲酯为初始原料,经磺化,再与琢-萘酚缩合,再经碱解、酸化、酰化,最后和二乙胺定向合成得具有旋光活性的左旋萘氧丙草胺。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,反应总收率89.3%(以琢-萘酚计),光学纯度98%;产物结构经1H NMR确证。[结论]该反应条件温和,收率高,可以作为R-左旋萘氧丙草胺的一种有效合成方法在工业上进行推广应用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the synthetic method of optically active herbicide naproxen. [Method] Chiral L-lactate was used as the starting material, sulfonated and then condensed with carbene-naphthol. Then, the optically active L-cyclopropane was synthesized by alkali hydrolysis, acidification and acylation. Naloxone. [Result] The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the total yield of the reaction was 89.3% (calculated by cesium - naphthol) and the optical purity was 98%. The structure of the product was confirmed by 1H NMR. [Conclusion] The reaction conditions were mild and the yield was high, which could be widely used in industry as an effective synthesis method of R-naproxen.
