技术创新是推动经济发展的重要因素,当今世界各国都高度重视高新产业的发展。由于各种因素的制约,我国西部地区高新产业发展相对较弱。而西部地区高新技术能力的发展,离不开政府政策的支持。本文就从人才、技术、以及金融三个方面对我国西部地区高新技术产业支持政策做简要综述。
Technological innovation is an important factor in promoting economic development. All countries in the world today attach great importance to the development of high-tech industries. Due to various factors, the development of high-tech industries in western China is relatively weak. However, the development of high-tech capabilities in the western region can not be without the support of government policies. This article gives a brief overview of China’s high-tech industry support policies from three aspects: talent, technology and finance.
