目的:探索中医护理人员职业满意度,为稳定中医护理队伍提高护理质量提供资料.方法:采用便利的方法选取四川省中医护理人员720人,用护士工作满意度量表施测,数据分析采用统计软件SPSS 17.00.结果:中医护理人员对工作环境满意度总均分为(2.43±0.49),处于中低满意度状态,在互动机会(2.25±0.74)、职业机会(2.34±0.35)和排班(2.31±0.39)等维度上处于中低满意水平,在控制与责任(2.83±0.88)、与同事的关系(2.95±0.57)、被表扬和认可(2.87±0.43)及工作与家庭平衡(2.86±0.55)维度上处于中等满意水平.结论:中医护理人员的工作满意程度不论是在各个维度上还是在总均分上均处于中低水平,这种现象需要引起医院管理部门的重视.“,”Objective:To explore the job satisfaction of Chinese nursing staft so as to provide basis tor the nursing managers to take measure to rise nurses' job satisfaction.Methods:By the convenience sampling methods 720nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Sichuan province,and the SPSS 17.0 statistical software package were used for data analysis.Results:The average total score of the working environment satisfaction was in the lower/middling levels (2.43±0.49).The three dimensions of opportunities for interaction (2.25±0.74),career opportunities (2.34±0.35) and scheduling (2.31 ±0.39) were in the lower/middling levels and the four dimension of control and responsibility (2.83±0.88),colleagues (2.95±0.57),by praise and recognition (2.87±0.43) and the relationship between work and family balance (2.86±0.55) in the state of unsatisfactory level of moderate low satisfaction.Conclusion:The administrative staff at all levels should attach importance to the improvement of working environment of nurse to ensure the quality of nursing.
