目的:观察核因子-κB(NF-κB)与鼻息肉组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(H IF-1α)表达水平的相关关系,以探讨鼻息肉发病的可能机制。方法:运用免疫组化SP法检测鼻息肉组织中NF-κB、H IF-1α的表达水平,采用t检验和直线相关分析进行组间差异和相互关系的统计学分析。结果:鼻息肉组织中NF-κB、H IF-1α的表达水平明显高于下鼻甲黏膜(P<0.001),鼻息肉组织中NF-κB与H IF-1α表达水平呈中度的正相关关系(r=0.628,P<0.001)。结论:NF-κB、H IF-1α在鼻息肉组织中呈阳性表达,其表达强度高于下鼻甲黏膜,与鼻息肉的发生发展相关;NF-κB可能通过上调H IF-1α的表达而作用于鼻息肉的形成过程。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in nasal polyps to explore the possible mechanism of nasal polyps. Methods: The expression of NF-κB and HIF-1α in nasal polyps was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The differences between the groups and their correlation were statistically analyzed by t-test and linear correlation analysis. Results: The expressions of NF-κB and HIF-1α in nasal polyps were significantly higher than those in inferior turbinate mucosa (P <0.001). There was a moderate positive correlation between the expression of NF-κB and HIF-1α in nasal polyps (r = 0.628, P <0.001). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of NF-κB and HIF-1α in nasal polyps is higher than that in inferior turbinate mucosa, which is correlated with the development of nasal polyps. NF-κB may play a role in the up-regulation of HIF-1α expression In the formation of nasal polyps.
