开展喷嘴空化性能研究,对增大射流作用效果,提高其工业应用效能具有非常重要的意义。试验研究了双射流喷嘴在不同围压下的空化性能,并应用小波分析方法研究了在围压条件下双射流喷嘴空化射流噪声声压级特性和规律。结果表明:双射流喷嘴比普通锥形喷嘴具有更强的空化初生能力,在较高围压下仍有空化现象;围压小于 5MPa时双射流喷嘴空化性能受围压影响很小,且不同射流压力下的空化性能相差不明显;在试验条件下,双射流喷嘴射流噪声声压级统计均值在186 dB以上时,有明显的空化现象。
To carry out research on nozzle cavitation performance is very important for increasing the effect of jet and improving its industrial application efficiency. The cavitation performance of two-jet nozzle under different confining pressure was studied experimentally and the characteristics and rules of noise pressure level of cavitation jet of two-jet nozzle under confining pressure were studied by wavelet analysis. The results show that the dual jet nozzle has more cavitation ability than ordinary cone nozzles and still has cavitation under the higher confining pressure. The cavitation performance of the dual jet nozzle is less affected by the confining pressure when the confining pressure is less than 5MPa, And there is no obvious difference in the cavitation performance under different jet pressure. Under the experimental conditions, there is obvious cavitation phenomenon when the statistical mean of the sound pressure level of the jet with two jets exceeds 186 dB.
