端午节的时令风俗中,除家喻户晓的吃粽子、赛龙舟等外,过去还有贴午叶符的习俗,也就是端午节在门上贴对联。端午节贴对联虽然不如春节贴春联那么普遍和引人注目,但历史上流传下来的端午联作却不在少数。明代解缙(1369-1415,明朝进士,曾官至内阁首辅)一日与友宴欢,友人出上联:“上旬上,中旬中,朔日望日。”解缙对出下联:“五月五,九月九,端阳重阳。”联语复辞迭出,
