为改善粉煤灰的表面活性,用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对粉煤灰表面进行改性,采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、透射电子扫描电镜等对改性前后的粉煤灰进行表征。研究结果表明:KH-560能够在粉煤灰表面产生很好的化学键合,包覆在粒子表面,阻止颗粒的团聚,从而使改性粉煤灰均匀分散在聚氨酯弹性体中,与基体形成物理和化学交联结构。
In order to improve the surface activity of fly ash, the surface of fly ash was modified with silane coupling agent KH-560, and the fly ash before and after modification was characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that: KH-560 can produce good chemical bonding on the surface of fly ash, coated on the particle surface to prevent the agglomeration of particles, so that the modified fly ash is evenly dispersed in the polyurethane elastomer, forming physical And chemical cross-linked structure.
