提出一种适合于清华大学低本底γ能谱分析实验室实际情况的符合修正因子计算方法,利用Monte Carlo方法模拟计算得到的数据,与实验测量得到的数据相结合,求出探测效率和推导出了符合修正因子。采用本方法对该实验室HPGe谱仪的探测效率和符合相加修正因子进行了模拟计算,并且与实验测量数据进行了比较。结果显示,该方法与实验计算结果基本吻合,表明该方法是可行的,可为开展其他几何条件和不同基质、特征能量标准源的研究提供参考。
A calculation method that is suitable for the correction of the actual situation of low background gamma spectrometry laboratory in Tsinghua University is proposed. The Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the calculated data and the experimental data are combined to obtain the detection efficiency and derivation Out of line with the correction factor. This method was used to simulate the detection efficiency and the additive correction factor of the HPGe spectrometer in the laboratory, and compared with the experimental measurement data. The results show that this method is in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that this method is feasible and can provide reference for the research on other geometrical conditions and different matrix and characteristic energy standard sources.
