在广泛调查研究的基础上,运用理论分析和仿真模型试验的研究方法,对预应力闸墩的结构形式和设计方法进行了探讨,提出了预应力闸墩的开缝锚块结构形式和预应力闸墩设计方法,包括颈部、锚块和闸墩体内锚束锚固区的设计计算方法,并提出了颈部按部分预应力设计的思想.对比试验分析表明:开缝锚块结构形式可提高颈部的预压应力效果,减少锚束的数量,降低工程成本;预应力闸墩按部分预应力设计是完全可行的.本文的研究成果对今后预应力闸墩的设计和我国《水工混凝土结构设计规范》的修订有一定的参考价值.
On the basis of extensive investigation and study, this paper discusses the structure and design method of prestressed pier by applying the theoretical analysis and the research method of simulation model test, and presents the structure and prestressing force of prestressed pier Design method of pier, including design method of anchorage zone of anchorage beam in neck, anchor block and sluice piers, and put forward the idea of partial prestress design of neck. The comparison test shows that the structure of the anchor block can improve the effect of the prestressing stress of the neck, reduce the number of anchor bundles and reduce the engineering cost. The prestressed pier with partial prestressing design is completely feasible. The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the future design of prestressed pier and the revision of “Design Code of Hydraulic Concrete Structure”.
