研究不同出口杂交水稻品种从低温仓库取出后,放置在30℃条件下(模拟四川夏季加工和运输时的温度),检测不同放置时间的发芽率变化,并与出口至目的国稻种的实际发芽率进行比较。结果表明:从低温换至高温的杂交水稻种子,放置3个月内发芽率变化不大,3个月后发芽率开始快速下降,5个月后种子发芽率基本达不到相关要求。出口种子应尽量缩短加工、包装、运输、接货、取货时间,保证种子质量。
Studied the different export hybrid rice varieties removed from the low temperature warehouse, placed at 30 ℃ conditions (simulate the summer processing and transportation temperature in Sichuan), to detect changes in the germination rate at different storage time, and the actual germination of rice exports to the destination country Rate for comparison.
