Booz & Allen conducted a recent study of the world’s 1,000 companies with the most research and development budgets, revealing the value of innovation investment and the basic components of a successful strategy. The study found that non-monetary factors may be more important to the return on innovation investment in business. The idea that higher R & D spending can translate into competitive advantage has been around for decades and has become particularly prevalent. This view is likely to be a continuation of some of the past ideas. In the product is more simple, the process is not very mature, while not competitive in the era, the company produced a new product. Of course, their customers will come to buy these new products. R & D, production, marketing and sales of various departments only need to complete their work. Rarely need to carry out cross-sectoral management activities.
