利用 D- MS型定速摩擦试验机 ,考察了 2种润滑相对半金属摩擦材料摩擦系数和磨损率随温度变化的影响情况 ,并采用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)和 X射线能量色散谱等 (EDAX)分析了 2种复合摩擦材料中各组分对摩擦磨损性能的交互作用 ,揭示了半金属摩擦材料摩擦磨损的特性和机制
The effects of temperature and friction coefficient on the friction coefficient and wear rate of two kinds of lubricated relative semi-metallic friction materials were investigated by using D-MS fixed-speed friction tester. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDAX ) The interaction between the components of the two kinds of composite friction materials on the friction and wear properties was analyzed and the characteristics and mechanism of friction and wear of the semi-metallic friction materials were revealed
