总路线学习开始时,我拚命找列宁、斯大林的著作来引证,专在词句上推敲,方针任务、精神实质虽都能谈一些,但没有联系自己的思想。最近学习了省教育厅“关於进一步加强中、小学教师学习总路线的通知”,又认真地阅读了文件,在循序渐进联系思想实际的基础上,我认识了过去对儿童进行劳动教育是不够正确的。并且由此我进一步认识了必须正确地、全面地加强劳动教育,才不致在工作中犯错误。我的体会有三点: 一、认识了国家对农业进行社会主义改造,是总路线的一个重要组成部分。过去我错认为:实现国家的社会主义工业化,就是多办一些工厂。所以,在贯彻劳动教育时,因轻视农业劳动,只希望学生都能参加工业劳动。一九五二年秋天动员失学儿童入学时,我曾这样宣传:“士地改革只有一次,能有多少田好种?养出小囝来怎办?还不如乘早上学识字,将来参加工业生产。”其实,不在发展社会主义
At the beginning of the study of the general route, I desperately sought the citation of Lenin and Stalin’s writings. I tried my best to concentrate on words and sentences, though I could talk about some of the guidelines, tasks, and spiritual essence but did not contact my own thoughts. Recently, he learned from the Notice of the Provincial Department of Education on Further Strengthening the General Line of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and carefully read the documents. On the basis of the gradual and orderly connection of ideological realities, I realized that it was not correct enough to educate children in the past. And from this I further realized that we must correctly and comprehensively strengthen labor education so that we will not make mistakes in our work. My experience has three points: First, understanding the state’s socialist transformation of agriculture is an important part of the general line. In the past, I mistakenly believed that to realize the industrialization of our country’s socialism means to run more factories. Therefore, in implementing labor education, we only hope that students can participate in industrial labor because they neglect agricultural labor. In the fall of 1952, when we mobilized school-leaving children to enroll in schools, I once said, "If there is only one revolution in land reform and how many fields can we breed, how can we raise a small flock? Better take the morning literacy and attend industrial production in the future. In fact, we are not developing socialism
