基于ABAQUS-FLUENT软件开展柔性充气翼流固耦合分析,采用反距离加权平均法实现耦合界面气动压力分布传递,采用常体积转换法实现变形数据传递,分析获得了充气翼翼面刚度和屈曲特性与翼面内外压差的关系;建立了充气翼模拟加载试验系统验证了分析方法的可行性.结果表明,流固耦合方法用于充气翼变形分析是可行的,分析结果与模拟试验结果能够较好地吻合.
Based on ABAQUS-FLUENT software, the fluid-solid coupling analysis of flexible inflatable wing was carried out. The inverse pressure-weighted average method was used to realize the transmission of the aerodynamic pressure distribution at the coupled interface. The deformation data was transferred by the volume conversion method. The stiffness and buckling characteristics of the airfoil, The relationship between the pressure drop and the pressure drop in the plane of the inflatable wing was established.The simulation test of the inflatable wing was carried out to verify the feasibility of the analytical method.The results show that the fluid-solid coupling method is feasible for the deformation analysis of the inflatable wing, and the analysis results and the simulation results can be well Anastomosis.
