解剖观测了80侧上、下斜肌,肌长分别为57.2±0.5mm和34.2±0.5mm;腱长为20.0±0.5mm和5.5±0.4mm;与眼轴所成的角度为50.1°和52°;于巩膜附着线前、后端的间距为9.1±0.2mm与9.4±0.2mm.上斜肌附着线中点在眼球中间垂直平面外侧者占71.3％,附着线前端位于中纬线后方者占91.3 ,附着线前端与上直肌附着线外侧端间距为4.9±0.2mm,反转腱前缘与上直肌止腱内侧端最近距离为3.9±0.2mm,下斜肌止腱前端位于中纬线后者占92.5％,与下直肌止点内侧端重叠者占30％。
