转8A转向架是我国的主型货车转向架,目前拥有量约占全国货车转向架总数的60~70%,而且还以每年一万多辆的速度增加着。这种转向架属三大件式,结构简单、维修方便,在重车时的动力性能尚好。经过多年来的运用实践,也暴露出一些问题,主要有:(ⅰ)带有滑动轴承的转8A转向架轴瓦端磨严重,而装有滚动轴承的转8A,则轮缘的磨耗较大;(ⅱ)空车时的动力性能不好;(ⅲ)斜楔磨耗严重,有越修越坏的现象,以致不产生减振作用。
Zhuan 8A bogie is China’s main truck bogie, the current ownership of the total number of truck bogies accounted for 60% to 70%, but also to more than 10,000 vehicles per year increased speed.
