随着信息化技术的发展,高校的档案服务环境与方式也在发生着变化。高校教师、学生以及社会各界对于档案管理服务的需要越来越大,传统的档案信息服务已经无法满足当前的需求。在信息化时代的大环境下,如何完善高校的档案信息服务,已经成为了档案管理工作者必须要思考的问题。本文通过分析我国现阶段高校档案服务工作存在的问题,并进一步提出信息化背景下高校档案服务的几点建议,希望对高校档案的管理工作有所帮助。 With the development of information technology, the environment and mode of archives service in colleges and universities are undergoing changes. College teachers, students and the community needs more and more file management services, the traditional file information services have been unable to meet the current needs. Under the environment of information age, how to improve the archives information service in colleges and universities has become a problem that archivists must consider. This article analyzes the existing problems of college archives service in our country at present, and puts forward some suggestions of college archives service under the background of informationization.
