美国运动医学专家库珀在《有氧运动》一书中指出,参加长跑锻炼的人,在开始跑步前应该接受医生的检查,经医生同意后再开始运动。如果体检后有下列疾病的人,则禁止参加长跑等激烈运动。一、作轻微运动,胸部即感到疼痛的中度或严重的冠状动脉疾病(心绞痛)患者。二、近期内发作过心脏病的患者。至少要静养3个月,方可在医务监督下进行轻微锻炼。三、患风湿病后,遗留有严重心瓣膜症的患者。有的要完全禁止运动,甚至连快走都不适宜。四、患有某些先天性心脏病,特别是在运动中皮肤发青变白者。五、因高血压病或其他心脏病使心脏严重肥大者。
American sports medicine expert Cooper pointed out in his book “Aerobics” that those who participate in long-distance running should undergo a doctor’s examination before starting jogging and start their exercise with the doctor’s consent.
