1996～1998年,我们采用利多卡因、罂粟碱治疗40例急性发作期椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)老年患者。并与同期用低分子右旋糖酐与维脑路通治疗的35例进行比较。报告如下:临床资料:75例VBI患者,男49例,女26例;年龄60～70岁56例,70岁以上19例。合并冠心病43例,高血压病57例,糖尿病28例
From 1996 to 1998, 40 elderly patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) were treated with lidocaine and papaverine.
