说到“做官”,还真是一门高深莫测的学问,它蕴含着丰富的处事艺术、管理艺术和用人艺术。千百年来,就有无数才华横溢的读书人因把握不了这门学问而抱憾终身。论起来,皇帝可算是最大的官了,可是南唐后主,北宋神宗,明朝天启帝,他们肚子里都装着不少的学问,然而做起皇帝来却极端的昏庸,最终害人害己,误国误家。这是反面的例子。当然也有把官做得十分出色的,如周公旦、管仲、张居正、申时行一类,这些人对于“官场道术”应该说是玩得炉火纯青了。……本刊从今年第二期起,陆续刊登一些古今官吏从政活动中的小例子,希望读者从中悟到一些处世之道,并以为从政之鉴。
