如何正确处理党委与同级人大及其常委会的关系,现实中许多专家学者在研究,也是许多在人大常委会工作的同志思考较多的问题。正确处理这一关系,有利于加强党的领导,坚持和完善人民代表大会制度,做好人大及其常委会的各项工作,从而有利于推进政治文明建设。本文对此提出一些思考。 How to correctly handle the relations between the party committees and the NPCs and their standing committees at the same level?
