提出一种切削-挤压成形法加工功能表面的复合成形工艺。该技术把切削和挤压加工方法有效地结合起来,使传统加工中的切屑变成功能表面的一部分。结合热交换器翅片结构,对成形机理进行了研究,给出了翅片结构参数的计算公式,并对影响成形过程和结构参数的因素进行了分析。通过实验获得了与理论分析相一致的结论,证明该方法是功能表面加工的一种有效的方法。
A composite forming process of cutting and extruding the functional surface is proposed. The technology effectively combines cutting and extrusion processes to make chips in conventional machining part of a functional surface. Combined with the heat exchanger fin structure, the forming mechanism is studied, and the formulas of the fin structure parameters are given. The factors affecting the forming process and the structural parameters are also analyzed. The conclusion which is consistent with the theoretical analysis is obtained by experiments, which proves that this method is an effective method for functional surface processing.
