目的探讨无创正压通气对支气管哮喘患者临床治疗的效果。方法将80例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组采用激素、平喘及抗感染类的传统治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合无创正压通气对患者进行治疗。从心率、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比、血氧饱和度和呼吸频率等方面测定患者在治疗前、治疗后20min、40min及60min时的数值。结果两组患者心率、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比、血氧饱和度和呼吸频率方面在治疗前差异不大(P>0.05),但治疗后20min、40min及60min时的数值相差较大(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在支气管哮喘患者临床治疗过程中,无创正压通气发挥着缓解呼吸肌疲劳和改善患者缺氧状态的作用,能够改善患者症状,值得临床普遍推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Eighty patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received traditional treatment of steroid, antiasthmatic and anti-infective. The treatment group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation based on the control group. From the heart rate, the first second forced expiratory volume percentage of the expected value, oxygen saturation and respiratory rate and other aspects of patients before treatment, after treatment 20min, 40min and 60min when the value. Results The heart rate, forced expiratory volume in the first second, the percentage of predicted value, oxygen saturation and respiration rate were not significantly different before treatment (P> 0.05), but the values of 20 min, 40 min and 60 min after treatment were different Larger (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with bronchial asthma, noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can relieve respiratory muscle fatigue and improve the hypoxia status of patients, which can improve the symptoms of patients and deserve clinical promotion.
