一、项目概述2011年以来,上海申达股份有限公司党委着眼公司“创新驱动,转型发展”大局,开展了以创建劳模创新工作室为契机,加快公司转型发展的工作,并取得良好成效。2012年,公司党委总揽全局,以劳模为代表的企业先进人才群体为旗帜,进一步推进劳模系列工作,充分发挥他们的品牌效应、先进作用,从创建劳模创新工作室、宣贯劳模精神、提升劳模文化、打造“劳模群”文化等方面层层推进,促进企业构建创新工作平台,打造创新后备团队,从而推动企业转型发展向纵深突破。 I.
