在机场改扩建项目中,跑道延长、新老道面搭接、滑行道桥与道面搭接、水泥混凝土道面与沥青混凝土道面的对接等过渡段对地基要求极高,处理不当将导致不均匀沉降、道面板块错台。针对上述情况,机场场道扩建中开始采用水泥土搅拌桩+振动碾压地基处理方法取代传统的换填施工。该方法在机场场道应用中处于初期阶段,施工工艺还不够完善,因此结合机场扩建过程中的施工经验,参照相关地基处理技术研究成果,对机场场道水泥土搅拌桩+振动碾压地基处理的施工工艺和质量控制进行了详细论述,以期该方法在机场场道施工中的工艺更加成熟,质量控制更加完善,进而保证更好的成品质量。
